About the Role:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial CEO / Chairman of the Management Board to take overall strategic and operational leadership of the corporate group. This is an outstanding management opportunity with high strategic and entrepreneurial responsibility within a financially healthy, internationally established company with a clear growth strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the corporate group.
• Development and consistent implementation of sustainable growth and innovation strategies.
• Steering and further development of the Sales, Strategy, Organizational Development, Communication, Sustainability, and Research & Development departments.
• Close collaboration with the CFO, COO, shareholders, and advisory board.
• Identification and development of new markets, applications, and growth potentials.
• Further development of the international organization regarding scalability, efficiency, and future viability.
• Representing the company to customers, partners, and other relevant market participants.
• Fostering a modern, performance-oriented, and appreciative corporate culture.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed technical studies, ideally supplemented by business management further education (e.g., Executive MBA).
• Several years of experience in a leading management function within an industrial environment, preferably with a process engineering background.
• In-depth knowledge of technology-driven markets, ideally in specialty chemicals, technical wood materials, or comparable industries.
• Demonstrated success in sustainably increasing growth, profitability, and corporate development.
• High market and sales orientation, with a strong sense for customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial personality with strategic competence and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Experience in international organizational structures and intercultural competence.
• Ideally, experience in transformation processes, value enhancement programs, and M&A projects.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Confident communication in a predominantly English-speaking business environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
