About the Role:
We are looking for bright minds to optimize core processes and prepare them for the future. This role serves as the link between direct real estate management and finance, offering genuine responsibility, deep insights into the real estate industry, and direct collaboration with decision-makers. You will not be doing just basic tasks, but actively contributing to high-level operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Close Collaboration with Top Management: Work directly with the management board and senior leadership team, preparing management presentations and decision-making foundations, and supporting cross-functional special projects.
• Operational & Strategic Support in Property Management: Assist Property Managers in structuring and digitizing daily operations, help maintain master data in systems, and act as a liaison with service providers, tenants, and internal teams to accelerate operational workflows.
• Support in Finance & Controlling: Assist the Finance team with ongoing processes (e.g., invoice verification, preparation for accounting, dunning) and participate in creating financial reports and variance analyses for real estate portfolios, preparing data comprehensibly.

Your Qualifications:

• Your Foundation: Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a comparable field of study.
• Your Strengths: Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and keen attention to detail.
• Your Tools: Proficient in standard MS Office applications. Familiarity with real estate software (ERP) is a plus but not required.
• Your Personality: Strong communication skills in German, comfort interacting directly with executives, and a proactive "hands-on" mentality.
