CERTO is a B2B inbound appointment setting service for companies in the DACH market. We call inbound leads, qualify them, and book appointments for our clients. We focus on a small, dedicated team with clear processes and genuine appreciation for good work.

Responsibilities

• Call inbound leads who have already expressed interest in a product or service.
• Conduct short, structured qualification calls.
• Book appointments directly into the client's calendar.
• Document each call briefly in our system.
• Work independently within German business hours.

Requirements

• No sales experience necessary.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of speaking with people.
• Reliable work ethic.
• Fluent German is a prerequisite.
• Experience in customer contact or telephony is a plus, but not required.
• Full training will be provided before your first call.
