Thomann.io's People & Finance Division is the central support hub for employees and managers across all people-related topics, operating with an open-door policy. We are looking for a driven (Tech) Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts.

How We Work

We operate as a self-organized and autonomous team with specific focus areas, utilizing team sparring and alignment for our projects. We maintain regular communication through dailies and weeklies, conduct 1:1s for well-being and career development, and uphold an open-door policy. Our primary tools include Kenjo, Tellent, Slack, Notion, and GSuite. While we are remote-first within Germany, we also organize onsite workshops and team events in Berlin and Erlangen.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Own the full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech positions, from identifying roles and clarifying requirements to conducting interviews and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
• Active Sourcing: Build and nurture your network through proactive sourcing, focusing on both skills and mindset.
• Onboarding: Collaborate with Iva to design and implement a seamless candidate-to-employee journey.
• Employer Branding: Drive modern external and internal employer branding initiatives, including campaign design, content creation, and social media contributions (Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Data Analysis & KPIs: Implement, interpret, and present recruitment KPIs to relevant stakeholders and during quarterly company assemblies.
• Miscellaneous: Support other projects and tasks during quieter periods, and respond to employee inquiries.

What You Should Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, with a strong focus on tech recruiting.
• Solid understanding of different tech stacks and IT roles.
• Deep experience with common recruitment strategies, active sourcing, and diverse hiring channels.
• Proven track record of driving or contributing to employer branding initiatives.
• Experience working with recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
