Projecter is looking for passionate SEA Managers (m/f/d) who are eager to elevate Google Ads campaign performance and bring their PPC expertise to an environment without rigid structures. We are continuously seeking talented individuals, whether you aim to excel as a Specialist or provide strategic direction as a Senior.

What to Expect:

• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments within an international agency network.
• Independently manage and strategically develop client projects.
• Conceive, plan, and execute data-driven SEA campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen).
• Manage budgets for our clients' performance channels.
• Plan and conduct interactive client workshops.
• For Seniors: Actively shape and optimize internal workflows and processes, providing knowledge transfer and monitoring to the team.

What You Should Bring:

• Relevant professional experience in performance marketing on channels such as Google, Microsoft, or Amazon.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and ideally Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive strategies from data.
• Professional experience and presence in client communication.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini).
• Strategic foresight and a forward-thinking approach.
• A feel for current trends and enthusiasm for new topics.
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• High motivation and execution drive.
• Reliable and self-directed work ethic.
• Enjoyment of teamwork.
• Very good English language skills.
