Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems Operations

About the Role

Addepar is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its Finance Systems Operations team in Pune. You will lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives, owning end-to-end project delivery. This role involves translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring successful user adoption of solutions across Addepar's Finance Technology stack, including NetSuite, Coupa, and other finance tools.

What You'll Do

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders in Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement to map processes, define technical requirements, and document them precisely.
• Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to closure, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality.
• Technology Partnership: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Finance Technology stack (NetSuite, Coupa, Navan), acting as a key partner to Accounting and other groups.
• Testing and Documentation: Build and maintain test scripts and produce concise user guides to support adoption.
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear status updates and launch communications to keep teams aligned.
• Systems Support: Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across the Finance Technology stack, focusing on accuracy and auditability.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Finance Systems, or Finance Technology Project Management role.
• Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in NetSuite, with hands-on experience as a heavy user.
• Experience with other Finance systems (Coupa, Navan, Pigment) and middleware (e.g., Boomi) is a plus.
• NetSuite or Coupa configuration experience is a plus.

This role requires working from our Pune office 3 days a week (hybrid work model).
