About the Role

For our customer-focused, brick-and-mortar bicycle retail business, we are seeking leaders who are ready to take responsibility and possess a talent for developing and motivating employees. With your likeable yet firm demeanor, you will lead your team as a captain to achieve the best results.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will independently lead the sales and workshop team in your branch. You will ensure the implementation of Little John Bikes standards and be responsible for all employees and the achievement of economic goals. You excel in customer consultation with a strong closing ability, as well as in inventory management and checkout processes.

Your Profile

• Experience as a leader – gladly also from a deputy role (e.g., assistant manager).
• Organizational talent and experience in retail, preferably in the areas of bicycles, cars, furniture, fashion & shoes.
• Enjoy customer interaction and possess strong closing skills. Flexibility for seasonal tasks is also required.
• Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to inspire others.
• Empathetic, with a winning personality and a healthy dose of humor.
