The Opportunity:
Anchor Management is growing, and we are seeking an experienced leader to expand our restructuring advisory unit. You will play a pivotal role in developing our advisory practice and advising top management of medium-sized companies, shareholders, and banks in challenging crisis and special situations.

What You Can Expect:

• Advise management, shareholders, banks, and investors in crisis and special situations.
• Develop, validate, and implement restructuring and turnaround concepts (according to IDW S6) and Independent Business Reviews, including integrated financial planning and option reviews.
• Lead, manage, and develop project teams, actively mentoring junior staff.
• Take ownership and manage demanding projects with significant scope for design and implementation.

What You Bring:

• Several years of relevant professional experience in a specialized restructuring/turnaround advisory unit.
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex restructuring and turnaround projects, including stakeholder management (shareholders, lenders, investors).
• Extensive experience in preparing, supporting, and implementing turnaround reports according to IDW S6, as well as Independent Business Reviews and Option Reviews.
• Solid experience in creating integrated financial plans in Excel.
• High analytical and operational competence with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a passion for team development.
• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Excellent command of Excel (especially Financial Modelling) and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging at the C-level.
• High commitment, team orientation, and enthusiasm for challenging special situations.
