About the Role

Great content doesn't happen by accident. As a Working Student in Content Marketing, you will support the Content Marketing team in identifying topics, developing content, and executing successful content campaigns. You'll quickly take ownership of tasks and contribute to projects from research through to promotion, seeing the direct impact of your work when campaigns reach more people or topics perform exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant topics, trends, and user needs to develop content ideas and campaign opportunities.
• Support the planning, creation, and optimization of content campaigns across different formats.
• Evaluate content for relevance, audience fit, and format, providing ideas for improvement.
• Support content distribution activities and collaborate with external publishers.
• Analyze content performance and derive insights to improve future campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent German language skills, with the ability to create and review content with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong interest in content marketing, digital media, and audience-focused content creation.
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive topics forward.
• Intrinsic motivation and a proactive mindset.
