About the Role

Immo-Marketer is seeking motivated students to gain practical experience in a growing company within the real estate industry. As a Working Student in Telephone Real Estate Consulting, you will actively contribute to our clients' success by supporting them in acquiring new customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are structured, enjoy communicating with people, and are eager to take on responsibility. Beginners and career changers are explicitly welcome!

No prior experience in real estate consulting is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided during the onboarding phase.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from interested parties regarding buying/selling real estate (no cold calling).
• Conduct initial consultations to analyze client needs.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between interested parties and our clients.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) seeking a working student position.
• Previous experience in customer communication or a commercial role is beneficial but not required.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• A communicative, competent, and enthusiastic demeanor; ability to inspire others.
• Confident, professional, and self-assured presence on the phone, conducting conversations at eye level.
• Solution-oriented and consultative communication style to effectively handle client inquiries.

Salary

• €1,500 per month (gross) for 20 hours/week.
• Onboarding phase typically 1-2 months (fully paid).
• Potential for long-term collaboration and future permanent employment with clear development opportunities.
