About the Role

Immo-Marketer is seeking motivated students to gain practical experience in a growing company within the real estate industry. As a Working Student in Accounts Receivable Management, you will actively contribute to our clients' success by supporting them in managing outstanding debts. This role is ideal for individuals who are structured, enjoy communicating with people, and are eager to take on responsibility. Beginners and career changers are explicitly welcome!

No prior experience in accounts receivable management is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided during the onboarding phase.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure smooth payment processing.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices and inquiries.
• Independently resolve discrepancies in payment transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and document them in the system.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) seeking a working student position.
• Previous experience in customer communication, accounting, or a commercial role is beneficial but not required.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Structured, meticulous work style with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Professional and reliable demeanor with customers, capable of communicating confidently.
• Good numerical understanding and a responsible, discreet approach to sensitive data.
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and customer-focused work approach.

Salary

• €1,500 per month (gross) for 20 hours/week.
• Onboarding phase typically 1-2 months (fully paid).
