PXR Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is an innovative boutique consultancy in Berlin and Munich, advising clients on topics related to Venture Capital, M&A, Taxes, Private Wealth, and Disputes. To strategically anchor ourselves in the market and for further scaling, we are seeking a Head of People & Culture (all genders) to establish PXR as a highly attractive, high-performance employer for top talent in the long term.

This position in Berlin offers a 6-day home office option per month.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities):

• Build a structured performance and feedback system with clear cycles and comprehensible metrics.
• Develop career paths across all roles in the company and conceptualize and coordinate further training offerings along key development areas.
• Holistic, conceptual, and scalable design of onboarding and offboarding processes (including buddy system, re-boarding).
• Strategic management of team culture across the Berlin and Munich locations, and conceptualization of team events, offsites, and retreats.
• Manage the entire recruiting process (pipeline management, direct approach, employer branding) and conceptualize and conduct interviews to ensure the high-performance standard.
• Ensure and coordinate HR operations (employment contracts, references, vacation management, payroll accounting).
• Act as an empathetic, discrete point of contact for employee concerns and manage external service providers.

Qualifikation (Qualifications):

• Several years of strategic HR operations experience, as well as experience in culture development.
• Sound expertise in people development.
• Recruiting and employer branding know-how.
• Expertise in dynamic corporate environments and ideally in professional services.
• Independent personality with a hands-on mentality.
• Drive for shaping and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
