Form Energy is seeking a strategic and experienced Tax Director to lead all aspects of the company’s tax function. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will be a key partner to executive leadership, driving federal and state income tax strategy, complex tax planning, SALT compliance, and ASC 740 financial reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the tax function within a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and a vital mission, with a specific focus on our US manufacturing operations and utility-scale project development model.
This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, offering an easy commute from Pittsburgh, PA. This facility is our hub for high-volume battery production.
