As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify high-value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, serving as a crucial link between our Marketing and Sales teams across the UK&I region. You will initiate meaningful conversations with enterprise prospects, understand their needs, and lay the groundwork for successful enterprise engagements. What You Will Do:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns, managing inbound interest and actively pursuing outbound opportunities to build a strong enterprise sales pipeline across the UK&I region.
  • Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients, tailoring product messaging and solutions to their specific needs, business models, and decision-making processes.
  • Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives, collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team for seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
  • Stay current on product features, the competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
  • Work from our Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid setup.

What Skills and Knowledge You'll Bring:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations confidently.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for growth and learning.
  • We are also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles.
