About the Role

Our Strategic Account Executives have a passion for pitching novel technology in big markets. You will target large enterprises across all verticals, focusing on their GRC programs. We are disrupting the GRC software industry as a recent Forrester Wave Leader by providing a solution that end-users can self-manage, saving enterprises significant time and money. You will focus on identifying target accounts and guiding them through the full sales process. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building a business, have a direct impact on top-line revenue growth, and be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Strategically develop a territory plan for targeted accounts in Salesforce, leveraging best-in-class sales technology (marketing automation, buyer intent signals, pipeline analytics, etc.).
  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through cold prospecting, partner collaborations, social communication, email, and phone calls.
  • Formulate strategic sales plans to target use cases within industry verticals.
  • Guide customers through the full lifecycle of an opportunity, including qualification/discovery, demos (in partnership with a Solutions Engineer), building relationships, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, actively listening to understand their goals and sharing potential opportunities with the product team.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to effectively measure activities and develop best practices, continuously refining sales activities.
  • Consult and advise customers on best practices for their use cases on the LogicGate platform.
  • Deliver world-class customer service in every customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally 10+ years total sales experience with 5+ years in large enterprise sales of B2B SaaS technology.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand customer problems and effectively communicate how LogicGate adds value.
  • Great listening skills and humility; understanding customer needs first before pitching.
  • Tech-savvy seller, able to quickly learn new technology and understand the platform. Previous experience in BPM or GRC software is a significant plus.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to quickly understand audiences and tailor messages effectively, typically via web conference.
  • Excitement to build lasting relationships and trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and sales automation software.
  • Willingness to be creative, test solutions, measure results, and iterate on processes for continuous improvement.

On-Target Earnings

$290,000 - $350,000 per year + equity + benefits.
