We are seeking an IT Business Operations Manager with 7+ years of experience in IT operations, technology operations, or enterprise operations leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls, as well as experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, technology operations, or enterprise operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services.
• 2+ years of experience delivering business updates to leadership, including crafting concise executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
• Competency in vetting vendors for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of how data and analytics support business operations, particularly within underwriting domains.
