About the Role:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will join our team to deliver high-quality software solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure releases meet functional and non-functional requirements, and help define and improve QA practices.

In this role, you will:

• Review and analyze requirements; create/update test documentation (test plans, test cases).
• Define, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, compatibility, usability, and accessibility testing.
• Report, prioritize, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in test environment setup, data preparation, and test execution scheduling.
• Work within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and report on KPI/quality dashboards (defect trends, test coverage, automation coverage, release readiness).
• Support automation efforts by designing or maintaining automated test scripts (UI/API).
• Influence tooling and process improvements, including rolling out new QA tools and integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

What you will bring:

• Deep expertise in manual and automated testing across web and APIs, with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Proven track record in defining QA strategy, implementing frameworks, and improving quality maturity.
• Solid understanding of non-functional testing types (performance, security, accessibility).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and communicate quality status to leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive change.
• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English (written and verbal).

Experience considered an advantage:

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Security and performance testing experience.
