Automation Test Engineer (Salesforce)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in both functional and automation testing of Salesforce applications. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions, which are built using OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Execute functional and regression testing to identify defects and ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and technical designs.
• Perform root cause analysis of identified defects and work with developers to resolve them.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all Salesforce functionalities developed with OmniStudio and LWC.
• Document test cases, test results, and defect reports clearly and concisely.
