About the Role

This role focuses on the analysis and development of concrete use cases for customers leveraging data and AI-based IT solutions. You will be responsible for creating practical, implementable solution concepts covering technical, functional, and architectural aspects. The position involves developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and production-ready applications using modern LLM technologies within both cloud and on-premise environments.

Your Tasks Include:

• Analyzing and elaborating specific customer use cases for data and AI-based IT solutions.
• Creating practical, implementable solution concepts (technical, functional, architectural).
• Developing PoC, MVP, and production-ready applications on cloud and on-premise stacks.
• Utilizing modern LLM technologies: Embedding, Re-Ranking, Prompting, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval concepts, and other methods that enhance customer value.
• Collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and clients to integrate solutions into existing system landscapes.
• Contributing to the further development of product lines (QI-Box, QI-Flow) and the standardized implementation process.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/Data Science/Machine Learning/Data Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of Python and common ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• In-depth experience with LLMs, RAG systems, Embeddings, and evaluation methods.
• Proficient handling of relational databases, SQL, and vector databases.
• Experience in building robust data pipelines and basic knowledge of MLOps.
• Experience working with structured data.
• Fluent English required.
