About the Role

Are you looking for an entry-level role where you can work closely with management and handle both operational and strategic tasks? This could be your starting point. As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with our German Country Manager, supporting project implementation, organization, and internal communication.

Your Role at Matera

• Closely support the Country Manager in daily operations.
• Take ownership of strategic initiatives or projects.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, particularly Operations, HR, and Office Management.
• Organize events, appointments, and cross-site projects.

What You Bring

• First experience in a corporate environment (e.g., internship, working student role).
• Organizational talent and a desire to take on responsibility.
• Interest in business strategy, scaling, and location development.
• Very good communication skills (German & English).
• Structured working style and a hands-on mentality.

• Monthly Salary: €2,409 (or €1,200 for mandatory internships).
