About the Role

Are you passionate about accounting and eager to apply your skills in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team in Berlin. You will be responsible for the accounting of our clients, providing them with an overview of their financial status, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our product. This role offers a clear career path with development opportunities.

Your Role at Matera

• Take responsibility for client accounting (comprehensive training will be provided upon arrival).
• Transfer and configure accounting results on the Matera platform.
• Provide clients with an overview of their current accounting status and insights.
• Contribute to product development by providing suggestions for improvement to our product and tech teams.

What You Bring

• Enjoy working with numbers.
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• First experience or knowledge in accounting is an advantage.
• Good command of German and confident communication in English.
