About the Role

Are you passionate about HR and eager to inspire people with your communication skills and structured approach? We've grown from 30 to over 80 employees in one year and plan to continue this trajectory. Join us in building a perfect employee and onboarding journey for new Matera team members. Work with us in Berlin, either in the office or flexibly hybrid.

Your Role at Matera

• Design the onboarding process for new team members, from initial contact to their first day.
• Organize our office life, including material orders, workstation setups, and general office maintenance.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and contract adjustments.
• Plan team events & offsites, including Lunch & Learns, Summer Parties, and our regular MATERA Nights.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Lead HR Cindy, fellow working student Chantal, and our Recruiter Steffen, while also taking significant responsibility for your own projects.
• Get to know Matera and support exciting projects.

What You Bring

• Enjoy goal-oriented communication and HR topics, with a strong desire to learn.
• Structured, detailed, and organized working style.
• Nice to have: First experience with HR topics through studies or training.
• Must have: Native-level German (C2) and fluent English.
