What You'll Do

• Dispatch personnel for events (stagehands, forklift drivers, technical support staff).
• Organize short-notice assignments.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and crew before, during, and after events.
• Solve problems before they escalate.

Who You Are

• What you bring: Organizational talent and a cool head under stress; strong communication skills, even in uncomfortable situations; Excel knowledge is a plus; experience with CrewBrain or similar dispatch systems is welcome; experience in temporary employment or personnel services is advantageous. Career changers with proven organizational talent are explicitly welcome.
