Note: Very good German language skills (C1+) are required for training, team communication, and career progression.

Your Tasks:

Start Phase (First Weeks):

• Appointment Setting: Schedule customer appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
• Process Learning: Learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
• Performance Optimization: Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

Further Development:

• Analysis & Preparation: Support the analysis of customer situations and prepare consulting materials systematically.
• Customer Contact: Accompany client discussions (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability.
• Teamwork: Work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your task packages.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Abitur (high school diploma) or completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Empathy and enjoyment in consulting with customers.
• Initiative and goal orientation.
• German language proficiency.
