About the Role

We are seeking a Gestaltungsberater (m/f/d) for Restructuring and Business Succession to join our team. As a tax expert, you will develop and implement individual design concepts in close collaboration with the responsible partner, guiding companies through sensitive transition phases. You will navigate clients through tax and legal challenges, acting as a trusted partner and a cross-location consultant within the LKC group. Your professional base can be in Regensburg, Augsburg, or Munich, depending on your preference. While consulting assignments are generated by the LKC group, you will handle nationwide projects with a focus on Southern Germany.

Your Tasks:

• Creation and operational implementation of conversions, restructurings, and succession planning.
• Tax law consulting for business succession and support in drafting necessary contracts and legal measures.
• Preparation of expert opinions and statements.
• Development of tailored solutions and strategies for companies in transition.
• Guiding clients through tax and legal challenges.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed tax advisor examination and/or second state examination in law.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience as a tax advisor and/or lawyer in consulting.
• Sound tax, business, and legal knowledge, with a focus on conversion (tax) law and inheritance tax law.
• Engaged, entrepreneurial, and independent working style.
• Proficiency in DATEV and MS Office is desirable.
• Communicative personality with enjoyment in client interaction.
