As an HR Associate at Frontier, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced remote environment. You’ll play a critical role in helping Frontier identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
