3D-aero GmbH is a tech company from Hamburg with approximately 70 employees and has been a proud part of MTU Aero Engines AG – one of the world's leading companies in the aviation industry – since December 2024. We develop customized automation solutions for aircraft production and other industrial sectors. We use optical sensor technology and modern industrial robots combined with AI-based data processing to create tailor-made systems for our customers.

That's why we are looking for an HR Generalist (gn) in full- or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) who questions processes, brings in new ideas, and shapes a modern HR landscape in an innovative high-tech company together with us. In our small HR team, you will take on responsibility, can drive change quickly, and experience HR in all its diversity.

Responsibilities

In this versatile generalist role, you will combine several areas of responsibility and have the opportunity to actively contribute to and develop various HR topics:

• Business Partner: You will be a trusted point of contact for our colleagues on all HR-related matters and advise our managers confidently on personnel and labor law issues.
• Recruiting: You will be responsible for the entire application process – from creating appealing job advertisements and reviewing applications to scheduling interviews and conducting them.
• Administration: You will keep our HR processes running – from preparing payroll to maintaining master data and creating contracts, references, and managing absences.
• Personnel Development & Projects: You will actively shape our HR work, support personnel development topics, and drive the optimization of HR processes and the implementation of new HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualification as a certified HR specialist, or a completed business degree with a focus on HR.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in operational and strategic personnel management.
• Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to prioritize and implement tasks independently and efficiently.
• Discretion, organizational skills, and a high degree of reliability characterize you.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
