About the Role

We are seeking a Betriebskostenabrechner (m/w/d) for our client in Munich, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently prepare operating and heating cost statements.
• Verify consumption values for plausibility and adjust advance payments as needed.
• Review and develop billing concepts and monitor operational data.
• Participate in the creation of budgets and economic plans, as well as process optimization.

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in this field.
• Independent, structured, and solution- and results-oriented way of working.
• Very good understanding of numbers coupled with an analytical approach.
