About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Zahlenjäger/in in der Buchhaltung (m/w/d) to join the finance team. If you are meticulous, enjoy tackling financial discrepancies, and possess a keen eye for detail, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently handle financial accounting for various companies.
• Prepare VAT pre-registration forms and other tax-related filings.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Prepare and execute payroll accounting.
• Serve as the primary contact for tax-related inquiries and liaise with tax authorities.
• Perform general administrative tasks within financial accounting and tax.

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a bookkeeper or tax assistant.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Proficient knowledge of DATEV software and accounting legal fundamentals.
• Structured and independent work style, high sense of responsibility, and analytical thinking skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
