Your Mission

Become more efficient at working with AI and help shape the internal processes of a fast-growing PropTech company. As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will empower colleagues across all departments to create their own automations, curate our AI tool stack, manage security and compliance, and create a shared foundation for AI development.

Responsibilities

• Development: Build complex automations beyond no-code tools, including API integrations, custom Python/TypeScript scripts, agentic workflows, and internal tools.
• Learning & Enablement: Lead the AI Circle, offer office hours, run workshops, and write internal documentation to enable self-service automation for colleagues.
• Tool Discovery: Curate the AI tool stack, defining and maintaining approved tools, and evaluating new tools based on cost, benefit, and risk.
• Security & Compliance: Manage data flows and security, own the AI Tracker, conduct data protection and security reviews, and ensure compliance.
• AI Architecture: Create a shared foundation including common infrastructure (authentication, secrets, integration platforms, prompt libraries, reusable components).

Your Profile

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, automation engineering, AI tools, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Initial experience with Python or TypeScript.
• No-code Application Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one no-code automation platform (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) and confident handling of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns.
• AI-Native: Work at the cutting edge of AI tooling. Claude Code is a primary daily tool. Familiarity with coding agents, prompt engineering, MCP, and LLM frameworks is essential. Ability to quickly introduce new patterns and set AI-first standards.
• "Builder-Coach" Mentality: Enjoy both coding and teaching non-technical users. Comfortable blending programming and advising.
• Security and Data Protection Instinct: Hands-on experience with GDPR requirements and IT security fundamentals.
• Drive and Curiosity: High motivation and willingness to experiment.
• Language: Native-level written and spoken German (C1/C2) and business-fluent English (B2).
