GTM Generalist Recruiter (hybrid, potential contract to hire-TD)

Employer.com, part of a family of brands providing talent acquisition services, is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to build the Go-to-Market (GTM) function for a rapidly growing AI startup client. This is a six-month contract-to-hire role with significant autonomy and direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders.

The primary focus is on hiring for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success roles. The client is located in Redwood City, CA, and requires on-site presence at least three days a week for full-time conversion.

Job Description

As the dedicated GTM recruiter, you will own the entire hiring process for the client's go-to-market function. This is a zero-to-one build, offering high autonomy and direct collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

• Backgrounds in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing (any combination).
• Several years of experience across GTM functions.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of recent (within the last 3 years) GTM experience.
• Startup / zero-to-one experience with high autonomy.
• Bay Area-based. Ability to commute to Redwood City at least one day a week. (Remote Bay Area applicants will not be considered for full-time conversion).
• Familiarity with Anthropic AI preferred tool.

Disqualifiers:

• Large-company only background.
• Needing heavy Hiring Manager guidance / low autonomy.
