Strategic Cuisines Account Executive (Spanish Speaking) - NYC

Toast is revolutionizing the restaurant industry with technology that helps businesses succeed in the digital world. We are seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast's presence within Spanish Cuisine restaurants in NYC. This is a bilingual field sales opportunity based out of a personal home office.

As an Account Executive, you will use a consultative sales approach to convert inbound leads, generate new opportunities through referrals, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs. Your role focuses on driving new customer growth through calls, demos, and closing contracts, ensuring a high-quality, language-inclusive experience.

This role requires you to live local to your territory in NYC or be willing to relocate to the area.

A Day in the Life (Responsibilities)

  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your supported market.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language (Spanish).
  • Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language (Spanish).
  • Ensure successful handoff to the onboarding team and customer readiness post-sale.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast.
  • Utilize Spanish for customer communication and English for internal Toast communication.

What You'll Need to Thrive (Requirements)

  • Required: Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish.
  • Prior Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

  • Restaurant Operations Experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Sandler Sales Training.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Targeted Cash Range: $148,000 - $237,000 USD (includes base salary, commission, and bonus; role qualifies for uncapped commissions).
  • Starting salary determined by skills, experience, and geographic location.
  • Additional benefits and equity may be available.
