Overview:
Speechify is seeking a talented Javascript Engineer to join our existing Web team. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in high-pace environments, is passionate about owning product decisions, and has experience building and scaling complex engineering systems. You will support our growing user base and build new, exciting features.

What You'll Do:

• Actively ship production code to web products.
• Work closely with your dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
• Work on new and exciting features that will impact millions of lives.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Experience: Proven experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users.
• Customer Obsession: Passion for the field and a desire to build high-quality products that serve customer needs.
• Speed: Ability to generate ideas quickly and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time.
• Focus: Ability to engage or be heads-down in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
• Collaboration: Skill in inspiring, playing with, and negotiating with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs.
• Tech Stack: Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, Typescript.
