About The Role

Join SonderMind as a Care Coordinator and be at the forefront of our mission to make therapy accessible for all. You will be the initial point of contact for clients seeking care, providing primary support, and collaborating with external partners and healthcare systems to ensure clients receive and maintain the necessary support throughout their care journey.

In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you will manage intake, provider matching, and client account completion from initial outreach through appointment scheduling. You'll thrive if you enjoy critical thinking, empathetic client interactions, and navigating technical systems to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide primary support for clients seeking mental and behavioral health wellness care.
  • Utilize various technologies to connect clients with appropriate therapists and ensure continuous support.
  • Employ a consultative approach to assist clients in identifying the right provider.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, forms), addressing inquiries or routing them appropriately.
  • Interact with external partners and healthcare systems to facilitate access to care.
  • Conduct outreach to referred clients, offering personalized onboarding and assistance.
  • Assist with care coordination tasks, including appointment scheduling and facilitating communication among care team members.
  • Undertake other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within two weeks: Fully understand the client journey and effectively support client onboarding, articulating SonderMind's benefits for mental health goals.
  • Within three weeks: Understand SonderMind's technology platform and provide effective client support.
  • Within one month: Fully support new client requests and inquiries via phone, email, and form submissions, consistently meeting defined goals and targets.
  • Ongoing: Adapt to workflow changes, proactively identify problems, and seek solutions.

Our Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $21.64/hr.
