Specialist, Learning & Development - Nestlé Health Science (Remote)

About the Role

As a Specialist, Learning & Development, you will partner closely with the Director and Manager of Learning & Organizational Development, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will administer and optimize the learning roadmap through LMS management, training coordination, reporting, and learner support. You will also contribute to onboarding, functional learning, leadership development, compliance training, and special talent programs. This role ensures learning operations and talent processes are organized, responsive, and measurable, leveraging enterprise standards, digital tools, and data to support an effective learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise L&OD Strategy & Governance: Support the operationalization and execution of the Holistic Health L&OD strategy and annual operating plan. Implement governance, standards, and measurement for learning and development solutions.
  • Learning Management Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for Holistic Health, including course availability, scheduling, completion tracking, and transcript maintenance. Coordinate LMS administration with affiliates for Essential Compliance Training. Maintain records, provide LMS support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare learning metrics.
  • Learning Programs: Assist in designing, creating, and executing functional learning programs. Collaborate with stakeholders on talent/performance management programming. Support program development for special initiatives like mentorship and internship programs. Roll out and implement compliance and essential training programs.
  • Workforce Insights & Continuous Improvement: Leverage AI-powered learning and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot) for innovative training solutions and operational efficiency. Utilize digital collaboration and data management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Forms) for resource management and feedback collection. Integrate interactive learning technologies to enhance learner engagement.
  • Compliance, Systems & Budget Management: Ensure learning and talent processes comply with policies and regulations. Support enterprise-wide compliance training programs, including assignment, tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a corporate or organizational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise programs and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience managing LMS platforms (user administration, course assignment, reporting, configuration, troubleshooting). Experience with Cornerstone is a plus.
  • Fluent in AI and Digital Fluency.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Forms).
  • Experience producing content for mobile, social, and collaborative learning environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficiency with eLearning technologies and platforms (SCORM compliant content, virtual learning tools).
  • Experience generating and analyzing training reports, compliance metrics, and learning analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and related collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and organizational effectiveness methodologies.
  • Experience with learning/talent systems and analytics.

Compensation

  • Approximate pay range: $70,000 - $85,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
