Executive Assistant to the CEO - Cyara (Remote)

Cyara, the global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring key priorities are aligned, decisions are executed, and the business operates effectively. As an extension of the CEO, you will help drive follow-through, maintain momentum on important initiatives, and ensure leaders are prepared for informed decision-making.

About the Role

You will coordinate executive activities, manage critical communications, support strategic initiatives, and act as a central connector across the organization. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and ELT, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense administration, meeting preparation, and note-taking.
  • Serve as an extension of the CEO by managing follow-ups, tracking action items from leadership meetings, and ensuring commitments stay on track.
  • Develop and edit presentations, executive briefs, agendas, talking points, and other supporting materials.
  • Support internal communications, including organizational announcements and board-related materials.
  • Assist with the onboarding and integration of new executive leaders.
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide events such as All Hands meetings, executive offsites, and leadership sessions.
  • Act as a central coordination point across the leadership team, identifying communication gaps or operational issues.
  • Partner with the executive team on special projects, culture initiatives, and other business needs.

Skills & Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to C-level executives, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced, or distributed environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving accountability across stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of executive operations and organizational priorities.
  • Experience planning and executing executive offsites, leadership meetings, and company-wide events.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs; communicates clearly and confidently.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfortable facilitating virtual and hybrid meetings and supporting remote executives across global time zones.
