About the Role

As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring revenue, and preparing financial reports. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on order, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and want their administrative work to have a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Process booking data into revenue and unearned revenue recordings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and simple cash flow.
• Categorize, record, and summarize company expenses.
• Assist in monitoring operational cash flow.
• Perform financial data reconciliation as needed.
• Coordinate with the operational team on booking data, payments, invoices, and other financial administration needs.
• Ensure financial data is stored systematically and is easily traceable.

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with detailed data.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity in handling financial information.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Good communication skills for internal team coordination.
