What You Bring

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organization.
  • Previous experience recruiting for Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles is prioritized.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of applications while ensuring high quality and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Strong track record in high-pace hiring environments with a focus on deliverables.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Alignment with Remote's values and a keen interest in finding top talent that matches these values.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience hiring in new locations.
  • Experience optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack (e.g., Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime) and adopting new tools, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills for engaging with a global talent pool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively support Remote's talent scaling needs, with a focus on Product, Design, and Engineering hiring.
  • Collaborate with TA Leadership to ensure team success.
  • Create and maintain a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve the time-to-hire process.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics, reporting progress to business leadership regularly.
  • Act as an advocate for remote working and Remote's values throughout the candidate experience.
  • Proactively improve and initiate creative, scalable changes to the recruiting strategy.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Share best practices and become a subject-matter expert.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $32,000—$72,050 USD annually (based on location, role, level, and market demands).
