At Arineo, we ensure that financial processes work precisely, enabling companies to remain operational. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to advise clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Controlling, develop viable solution concepts, and guide their implementation.
Your Contribution
- Holistic Consulting in the Dynamics 365 Environment: Advise clients on the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Controlling solutions, guiding projects through all phases – from analysis to go-live and beyond.
- Analysis and Optimization of Finance Processes: Analyze existing processes in Finance and Controlling, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Develop customized solution concepts and implement them with the project team – from conception through customizing and specification to successful implementation.
- Project Responsibility: Work independently on client projects, taking technical sub-responsibility and managing areas of focus autonomously.
- Workshops and Client Coordination: Moderate workshops, structure requirements, and serve as the central point of contact for technical questions within the project.
- Presales Involvement: Contribute your experience in presales meetings or offer processes and support the acquisition of new projects.
What You Bring
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Consulting: Several years of experience as a consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
- Broad Understanding of Finance Processes: Knowledge of key Finance and Controlling processes, with the ability to analyze and develop them systematically.
- End-to-End Project Experience: Experience across the entire project lifecycle – from analysis to implementation and go-live.
- Functional and Technical Acumen: Comfort working at the intersection of business and implementation, with experience in customizing, specification, or integration scenarios.
- Autonomy and Structure: Ability to work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex content clearly and interact confidently with clients and project teams.
- Language Skills and Travel Willingness: Very good German and good English language skills, and willingness to travel for projects (approx. 25-40%).
- Proficiency with AI & New Technologies: Familiarity with AI solutions, active use in daily work, and openness to new tools and methods.
