VP of Global Alliances - AllCloud
AllCloud, a leader in AI-led professional and managed services, is seeking a strategic VP of Global Alliances. This role is responsible for expanding and deepening relationships with key partners, primarily AWS and Salesforce, as well as growing emerging partnerships.
This is a full-time, permanent, home-based position open to candidates located in US / Canada (Eastern Time).

Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative, knowledgeable ecosystem diplomat, not a traditional salesperson. You will focus on opening doors, building credibility, and commanding respect within AWS and Salesforce by leveraging industry insights, technical understanding, and a sophisticated approach to mutual value creation.
How You'll Make Your Mark:
- Strategic Door Opening: Identify and penetrate new organizational pockets, regional teams, and vertical groups within AWS, Salesforce, and other strategic partners.
- Knowledge-Led Relationship Building: Establish high-trust relationships with partner stakeholders by acting as a peer and subject matter expert.
- Ecosystem Mapping & Navigation: Master the internal mechanics, incentives, and organizational structures of AWS and Salesforce to position AllCloud as the preferred partner.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to translate partner insights into actionable, co-marketed solutions.
- Mindshare Cultivation: Ensure AllCloud remains top-of-mind for partner field teams through proactive education and alignment.
- Oversee Operations: Manage the operational requirements of partner management.
- Global Purview: Conduct alliance management across all regions where AllCloud operates.
Summary of Requirements & Experience
- Ecosystem Expertise: Minimum of 8–10+ years of experience navigating the AWS and/or Salesforce ecosystems. Deep understanding of internal operations for these organizations is highly preferred.
- Consultative Mindset: Proven track record of opening new business avenues through thought leadership, relationship equity, and strategic alignment.
- High Business & Technical IQ: Ability to comfortably discuss cloud architecture, AI and Agentic transformation, and Cloud trends.
- Influence Without Authority: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed partner environments and align disparate stakeholders.
