We empower complete beginners through cohort-based programs on our proprietary platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our globally distributed, fully remote team serves a large, active student base.

What You Will Do

• Consolidate, maintain, and reconcile people-related operational data from various sources.
• Prepare and update regular reports on headcount, compensation, hiring, and workforce planning metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying discrepancies and maintaining reliable reporting processes.
• Partner with Finance, People Operations, and business stakeholders on workforce planning, budgeting, and headcount tracking.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Build and maintain spreadsheet-based workflows using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functionality (formulas, pivot tables, automation).
• Identify and automate repetitive manual processes using AI tools, macros, and process optimization techniques.
• Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of operational reporting processes.

Requirements

• Required:
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, operations, reporting, finance, accounting, or similar data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, large datasets).
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to data management.
• Comfort performing analytical tasks with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inconsistencies and ensure data quality.
• Interest in process improvement and automation (familiarity with AI tools, macros, workflow optimization is a plus).
• Ability to learn complex reporting processes and data flows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work within European time zones (CET).
• English language proficiency: B2+.
• Nice to Have:
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in consulting, audit, transaction services, or advisory (e.g., Big Four).
• Exposure to workforce planning, headcount reporting, budgeting, compensation reporting, or people analytics.
• Experience with spreadsheet automation, scripting, or reporting tools.
• Recent graduates with strong academic performance and spreadsheet skills.
• Fluent Russian language is a strong plus.
