Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and development of AI-powered automations to improve efficiency across service delivery, operations, and sales functions.
  • Participate in workflow assessments to understand current processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows used across the Northeast region.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), particularly AI/ML services.
  • Experience with tools such as vector databases, orchestration layers, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns or tool-use/function-calling with LLMs.
  • Experience designing or applying evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, or technical enablement sessions.
  • Background or coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
