About The Role

Join our multinational HR department and provide administrative support in the areas of Training and Working Hours. You will serve as a point of contact for partners and specialist departments in English, Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the multinational HR department, focusing on Training and Working Hours.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and specialist departments (in English/Czech/Slovak/Hungarian).
  • Pre-coordinate details for future training sessions with internal and external partners.
  • Support the organization and administration of training for HRS countries.
  • Collect, supplement, and manage necessary data and reports based on existing templates.
  • Handle incoming requests related to the working hours area and support its administration.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Prepare documents (in English/Czech/Slovak/Hungarian).
  • Collaborate with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, cooperative environment.

Qualifications

  • Active student status (or passive, if under 25) in full-time higher education.
  • Higher education studies in economics or humanities.
  • Commitment to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for at least 1 year.
  • Minimum intermediate English proficiency AND advanced Czech/Slovak language skills.
  • Eagerness to develop in the HR field with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
