Digital Associate

Location: Remote from approved states (Utah, North Carolina, Texas)

What You'll Do

Handle 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
Manage approximately 40 chats per 8-hour shift, or more.

Training

Three weeks of intensive training (10 AM – 5 PM MST, Monday-Friday).
100% attendance during training is mandatory.
