Meet the Team: Fever for Business (F4B)
F4B is our B2B organization, focused on providing live experiences as a service to other businesses. We help companies, schools, and global brands create memorable events efficiently by offering a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service. From intimate Candlelight concerts to large-scale multi-city activations, we transform live entertainment into repeatable business solutions that drive employee engagement and brand differentiation. Our team manages the entire journey, from sales and strategy to global execution, working closely with Fever Originals and Operations.

The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to build and scale our emerging Fever for Business unit across LATAM. This role will focus on the Strategic & Enterprise segments, shaping our go-to-market strategy, advising clients on culture and live entertainment solutions, and driving net-new revenue. Your expertise in consultative selling, deal execution, and cross-functional alignment will be crucial for accelerating our expansion and establishing a strong B2B presence in the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the relationship with Fever’s Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage pipeline creation and deal cycle using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and a land-and-expand motion with top-tier customers.
  • Leverage Fever’s ecosystem and your network to identify and engage ideal prospects.
  • Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders within your territory.
  • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to build pipeline quality.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations teams.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Adapt to change while maintaining organization, optimism, and coachability.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE, or similar preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Growth mindset: coachable, data-driven, organized, optimistic.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
