The Role

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will play a crucial part in scaling and developing the EMEA Figmate population. You will build exceptional candidate experiences, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and craft pipelines of top talent. You’ll have the opportunity to lead key initiatives and inspire change. As a vital member of our growing international recruiting team, you will significantly contribute to shaping the future state of Figma.

This is a full-time role based out of our Berlin hub on a hybrid basis.

What You’ll Do at Figma

• Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our Business and Go-to-Market teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, with a primary focus on EMEA.
• Source and build healthy, representative pipelines while effectively managing inbound pipelines.
• Utilize data to shape hiring strategies and communicate insights to partners that drive meaningful change.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, including cold outreach, events, and content production.
• Champion Figma values, ensuring they are at the forefront of your work.
• Seek opportunities to actively contribute to business improvements that enhance our overarching hiring strategy.
• Orchestrate initiatives related to Belonging, Equity, and Inclusion (BEI).

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth business with a presence across the EMEA region, partnering with VP-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and format based on audience.
• Passion for engaging and attracting top talent, with the ability to inspire excitement about new prospects and opportunities.
• A sophisticated approach to developing hiring strategies, including sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement/management.
• Native or fluent proficiency in German.

Bonus Points If You Also Have

• Direct experience within a SaaS company.
• Fluency in French.
