Who we seek:
As our Revenue Operations leader, you will own the operating rhythm, planning processes, analytics, and systems that drive our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will partner closely with executive leadership to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate pipeline generation, optimize seller productivity, and scale the infrastructure required to support growth. You will be critical in ensuring our GTM Leadership has actionable, data-driven intelligence for quick and effective decision-making. In this role at a growing startup, you will make an impact from day one with minimal bureaucracy. You will work hand-in-hand with Executives and GTM Leadership to establish a reporting and analytics foundation critical for future growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead key operations functions for GTM, Post Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives; develop overarching strategies and drive alignment.
  • Act as a trusted partner to GTM Leadership, understanding their business needs and aligning the team's roadmap and outputs.
  • Design, develop, and continuously optimize the GTM reporting suite for clarity and simplicity.
  • Own executive operating cadences, including forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning.
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear stories that drive business decisions.
  • Support key GTM projects and initiatives with robust ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Lead annual and in-year GTM planning (capacity, territory design, quota setting, comp planning, org design, investment prioritization).
  • Own executive and board-level reporting with consistent definitions and metrics.
  • Automate and scale reporting assets, improve data quality, and enable self-service analytics, particularly via Agentic AI.
  • Develop long-term Reporting and Insights team strategy, roadmap, and hiring plan.
  • Partner with GTM Systems leadership on priorities, governance, and execution across Salesforce, Clari, marketing and customer systems, and operational tooling.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Post Sales, and Finance for operational consistency.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership, focusing on team member development and career progression.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related functions; 7+ years with CRM and BI Reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data, operational rigor, and clear communication.
  • Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation administration.
  • Passion for telling engaging stories with complex data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SaaS/Subscription-software metrics across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
  • Willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done, from detailed spreadsheet analysis to board presentations.
  • Systems thinker with an understanding of broader implications and long-term impacts.
  • Start-up work ethic – willing to put in the time and effort to win the market.
  • Strong business acumen and analysis skills, including written communication and presentation development.
