Senior Full Stack Developer (AI Solutions)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, high-ownership Senior Full Stack Developer to join our AI development team. You will build and scale end-to-end AI applications, integrate automated workflows, and design intuitive front-end interfaces. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver comfortable in client-facing roles, capable of diagnosing architectural bottlenecks, proposing AI-driven optimizations, and communicating directly with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional code.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & Backend Integration: Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) for AI model integration, data processing, and API development.
• Frontend Excellence: Architect and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Workflow Automation: Leverage Google AppScript to build custom integrations, automate internal processes, and connect G-Suite tools with our core AI engine.
• Full Stack Ownership: Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from schema design to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Issue Resolution: Deep-dive into technical debt and production bugs, providing root-cause analysis and long-term structural fixes.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), specifically for data-heavy or AI-integrated applications.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP).
• Strong mastery of Vanilla JavaScript and hands-on experience with Angular JS (familiarity with migration to modern Angular is a plus).
• Proven experience using Google AppScript for enterprise automation or custom add-ons.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in end-to-end agentic workflows.
• Strong experience using Gen AI technologies (Gemini, Co-pilot, Claude AI) to augment engineering skills.

• Experience with AI/ML orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
