The Role
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Salespeople to join our dynamic team in the UK. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Cyara's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve assigned quotas within fiscal periods, including Territory Planning, Account Planning, and Close/Win Planning.
- Regularly update planning tools to facilitate cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and executive engagement.
- Efficiently manage time and calendar to ensure completion of essential tasks and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and address obstacles hindering expectation fulfillment, communicating with management as needed.
- Assess pipeline opportunities to derive accurate forecasts within a +/- 10% margin by week 8.
- Identify correct buyers for Cyara's solutions and services.
- Execute company campaigns, meet outbound call and email targets with high-quality leads convertible into opportunities.
- Possess a deep understanding of the value proposition of Cyara's solutions and services.
- Articulate Cyara's competitive advantages and value proposition.
- Recognize negotiation opportunities and effectively use trading and bargaining techniques.
- Appropriately leverage discounts and promotions as economic levers during negotiations.
- Demonstrate the ability to overcome obstacles and secure contract agreements and purchase orders.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge, accuracy, and skill in positioning Cyara and its solutions.
- Understand relevant competitors, their strategies, and Cyara's comparative position.
- Address competitor advantages raised by buyers and successfully sell against competitors.
Skills & Expertise
- 10+ years of proven and stable B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas and closing high-value deals (six to seven figures) with multinational enterprise clients.
- Strong industry knowledge in CX/customer experience, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance is highly preferred. Alternatively, the ability to sell complex technical solutions and translate customer pains into clear business benefits.
- Experience selling AI-backed solutions.
- Experience selling across the UK/EMEA region, with an established customer network in sectors such as banking/insurance, technology/B2B software, telco/media, retail/ecommerce, and hospitality/travel.
- Expertise in net-new logo acquisition and account farming, with an emphasis on net-new business (at least 75% of initial focus).
- Familiarity with or ability to thrive in a US/private equity-owned B2B SaaS scale-up environment, including fast-paced rhythms, sales methodologies, forecast accuracy, and high accountability.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues globally.
- Comfortable with remote work, possessing a strong work ethic, effective time management, and high self-motivation.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
