KINEDRIK by EADIC is an international school for engineers and architects who understand that knowledge is only valuable if applied. We are currently seeking a Strategic Partnerships / Institutional Relations Specialist for Mexico, a position with a strategic focus aimed at strengthening institutional relationships and developing opportunities within the higher education ecosystem.

What You'll Do in This Position

• Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities within the education sector.
• Build and strengthen relationships with universities and key ecosystem stakeholders.
• Design and implement strategies for partnerships, agreements, and institutional relations.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Lead initiatives focused on the organization's positioning and expansion.

What We're Looking For

• Professional degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related fields.
• Between 5 and 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within universities or higher education institutions.
• Experience in areas such as institutional relations, outreach, strategic partnerships, institutional development, or business development in the education sector.
• Experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders and developing strategic initiatives.
• Profile with strategic thinking, business vision, analytical capacity, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Important: This position has a strategic and consultative focus; we are not looking for profiles primarily oriented towards direct sales or transactional commercial closing.
